Definitely, if you book in a regular clean we’ll provide you with housekeepers who can come to you on a regular basis. If your regular housekeepers are  on holiday or sick, we’ll provide another team to cover your regular housekeepers.

Our housekeepers are available to offer full deep cleaning and specialist cleaning, including
Steam cleaning, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning. Oven and appliance cleaning. We also offer professional guaranteed end of tenancy cleans and after builders cleans.
All housekeepers go through an 8-step background checking process, so you can trust them to clean your home whilst you are out.
If you book in for regular cleaning, you can take advantage of our key pick up & tracking service, so you do not have to be home to let your housekeeper in.
If you book for a one off clean our customer service team will, if necessary arrange to meet you prior to the cleaning date, to collect any keys and access instructions.
We cannot guarantee arrival at a specific time, as our local housekeepers travel from house to house and we need to allow for transport delays. We will however, be able to provide a time window in which your housekeepers will arrive. This allows for travel time between jobs and any transport delays that may occur
Absolutely! We speak to our customers before their first clean to talk through their special requests or things they would like us to pay special attention to. After your first clean, if there are any other things you’d like added to your instructions, whether regular or one-off, just drop us an email,
Your housekeepers will clean up any dishes left over from breakfast and wash them or load the dishwasher for you. They will also put away any clean dishes away for you. 
Large amounts of washing up can eat into your housekeepers cleaning time. If you would prefer your housekeeper to prioritise the washing up over other cleaning tasks, then we can put this in the housekeepers notes on their mobile app.
Please note this may mean your housekeepers cannot clean all the rooms in your house, so you can increase your visit time to account for this, if available.
For health and safety reasons, your housekeepers do not offer the following services:
Lifting items over 25lbs. Cleaning outside of windows. Cleaning pet messes and heavily soiled areas. Cleaning of mold and biohazardous material. Deep stain removal. Landscaping and/or garden work. Garages and patios.
Extermination (insects, etc )
All housekeepers are comfortable working with pets in the home. You are also able to add instructions for your housekeeper via email or just by giving us a call, regarding your pets, such as making sure all windows and doors are kept closed, or letting your housekeeper know that your dog is scared of the hoover.
Please note: Your housekeeper cannot feed, clean, walk or care for your pet.

We have a dedicated customer service team for all customers, so you can easily book new visits, reschedule existing visits, and update your cleaning preferences, just be e mailing us or giving us a call. Alternatively , you can add extras like cleaning products, oven cleaning, indoor window cleaning or even flowers with the simple click of a few buttons online. We also provide online booking and payment, key pick up & tracking, and you are now able to select a cover team housekeepers on days when your regular housekeepers are unavailable.

We understand that sticking to a strict schedule does not work for everyone, that’s why we make it as easy as possible for you to book in single visits as and when you please. After your initial one-off clean, all you need to do is call the customer service number or send us an email. One of our customer care team will then be in touch to confirm. It’s as simple as that.
Whilst we do aim to send our regular customers the same housekeepers every time, this is not always possible, as your local housekeepers’ schedule is often filled with weekly or fortnightly customers. If you do have a preferred housekeepers, please ensure you let us know in the “Notes” section that appears in the request form when booking.

To book in a one-off visit, all you need to do is complete our online booking form and choose a time and day that suits you! If you would like to book in a regular visit, you can submit your booking request online via our online booking form, and one of the customer service team will call you within 48 hours to confirm and tailor your clean to you. 
Simply drop an email to our friendly customer service team
with your name, address and the coupon code you wish to apply, at least 24 hours before your housekeeper is due to arrive.

If you book in a regular clean, we will give you a Welcome Call to talk through any special cleaning requests, as well as property and access instructions.
Every home is different, so we make sure we call all regular customers before confirming your visit, to discuss your specific cleaning requirements. This way you can rest assured your housekeepers know exactly how you want your home cleaned. As we work with local housekeepers, we also want to confirm the best available time and day for you and your housekeepers.
It’s simple – cleaning costs £12.50 per hour, including VAT. It’s fully flexible, so you can pick as many hours as you need as regularly as you like. You can also use our cleaning estimate, based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms that you have. You can also add extra time for things like laundry and ironing on a regular basis, or for a more occasional oven clean, fridge clean or indoor window clean. If you would like to reduce your hours, or book in for cleaning of the communal areas in your home, you can amend the length of your cleaning visit via our online booking form.
Please note: we currently offer a minimum visit time of 2 hours, to ensure your housekeeper’s travel costs are covered.

In the very unlikely event that there is any breakage in your home we will inform you as soon as possible following your housekeeper’s visit. We will send you a text message or try to call you before you arrive home so that you are fully briefed and aware. Our insurance policy is there to cover all breakages and any possible damage to property, such as fire or serious injury.  For full details please see our terms and conditions

The above applies obviously if we are aware of the damage or breakage as sometimes breakages occur and the housekeepers are not aware. If this happens the following procedure applies :

The first step is to provide proof of damage, including photos & full details of the breakage. We will then liaise with your housekeepers on your behalf.

After your Housekeepers visit you will receive a rating email, where you can give your housekeepers a star rating out of 5. If you have rated 3 or below, don’t forget to add a note so we know what happened on the day. After we receive your rating, one of the friendly customer service team will be in touch within 48 hours to see how we can get your next visit to a 5/5.

Alternatively you are free to call our customer service team any time to discuss any problems with our services to you. You can also email us too. We will do our upmost to resolve any issues and re store your trust and faith in us.

We ask that you give us 48 hours notice, so we can let re arrange some alternative cleaning work for your housekeepers . If you cancel less than 24 hours before your visit, there is a £10 charge to cover our costs.
All housekeepers are background checked by 
, a third party security system. This check covers four aspects: ID check, right to work check, county court judgements and a basic criminal record check. Each housekeeper is also interviewed in person and must maintain consistently high ratings in their customer reviews.
As well as a regular home cleaning service, your housekeeper will also be able to provide the following services:
Indoor Window Cleaning.
Oven Cleaning.
Fridge Cleaning.
You can either add these services on to all visits, for example you might want ironing every visit, or you can add them on as a one off to any individual visit, for example, you might just want an oven clean every now and then. These extra services are also priced at £12.50 per hour, or £6.25 per 30 mins.
Yourhomegroup provide a secure key collection service for regular weekly or fortnightly customers. Each set of keys is tagged with an individual code, with no reference to yourself or your address. The customer service team then holds on to your keys securely, and we track the location of these keys on our system to ensure they are kept safe.
Here at yourhomegroup we aim to run a cashless system, so payment is taken in various ways electronically such as online payment, BACS or Standing Order.
All online payments are processed via our secure payment system PAYPAL , where your card details are encrypted for security purposes.

If you wish to pay via cash or cheque, this is still fine ! We won’t turn you away !

If your housekeepers are absent for whatever reason, we will send new housekeepers to you, who will have access to your cleaning instructions via their smartphone app.  If you would like to reschedule your visit, you can easily do so by giving us a call or sending an email to

You are also now able to select a cover team of housekeepers on days when your regular housekeepers are unavailable.
